Our Property Rules
- We absolutely adore our furry friends, but to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our visitors, pets must stay home. Thank you for your understanding and helping us maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone!
- To maintain the highest standards of luxury and guest comfort, please be aware that all individuals on our premises must be at least 21 years of age. Prior to your arrival, we will perform ID verification. We appreciate your cooperation in creating an exceptional experience for all.
- No smoking in or around property at time of stay.
Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit of $500 will be due. Your credit card will be subject to a pre-authorization 48 hours prior to your arrival, which will be released within 48 hours after your departure, provided that all terms and conditions have been satisfactorily.
Cancellation Policy
In order to best accommodate all our valued guests during peak demand periods, we have established the following cancellation policy:
100% of paid prepayments refundable (minus a 10% processing fee) when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable (minus a 10% processing fee) when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
