How Does Your Cancellation Policy Work?

  • 30+ Days Before Your Stay: Cancel more than 30 days in advance for a 96% refund, minus a 4% cancellation processing fee.
  • Within 30 Days of Your Stay: Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

Do You Provide Travel Insurance?

Aranar partners with a trusted third-party provider to offer travel insurance for our guests. This option is available during checkout, and we highly recommend securing coverage at the time of booking to protect your reservation.

How Do I Access My Reservation Details?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive both an email and a text message with details of your reservation, along with access to our guest portal. The guest portal offers all the essential information for your stay, including:

  • Wi-Fi details
  • Property location
  • Local accommodations
  • Early check-in options
  • Included amenities

Who Can Stay at the Villa?
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, all guest staying at the villa MUST be 21 years of age. Please note that the villa is designed as an exclusive adult retreat, and as such, we do not accommodate pets or children. This ensures a peaceful and serene environment for all visitors. The villa is best enjoyed as a private getaway for up to two guests, allowing you to fully experience the tranquility and luxury it offers. What Is The Check-In Process?
Please note that check-in is contactless, ensuring a seamless and private arrival at your villa. Your villa entry code will be provided through the guest portal just 5 minutes before your scheduled check-in time. Prior to your stay, you will need to complete a brief pre-check-in process through the guest portal. This guest verification step is required to ensure secure access to your villa.
